For complete cycle with 280 mm horizontal and 105 mm vertical stroke, linear motor driven Model PPU-E 50 has cycle time of 0.92 seconds with tooling mass of 2 kg and 2 x 60 ms (for gripper). Max acceleration is 100 ms-2 and max speed is 4 ms-1. Two integrated position sensors control vertical and horizontal movement, while 2 intelligent controllers control cantilever arm and actuators without master control system. In addition, up to 6 integrated valves provide all pneumatic tooling with air.
