Pulse energy is adjustable up to 50 µJ, and repetition rate can be varied over 50 kHz to 1 MHz range. Along with high-reliability components, such as Coherent long lifetime pump diodes, laser features modular construction that facilitates field service. Areas of use include surface structuring, PV manufacturing, thin film applications, and other micromachining tasks.
