A voluntary recall of three brands of pistachios was expanded Monday to include six brands produced by two companies after the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention notified them of possible salmonella contamination. A pistachio recall announced last week over salmonella concerns has been expanded to include six brands, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
