The Toledo Plan Commission approved site plans Thursday for Secor Village, a new shopping development that will have a Whole Foods Market as the anchor tenant. The 40,000-square-foot upscale gourmet grocery and two smaller commercial/a retail buildings will be constructed on seven acres along Secor Road near Executive Parkway at the site of the former Showcase Cinemas George Oravecz, the developer's engineer, told the planning board the proposed shopping center will complete the rebuilding of the movie theater property that was demolished in 2011.
