Offering temperature stability characteristic of ≤0.1% after 1,000 hr, AEC-Q200-qualified PTS AT series provides precise and reliable temperature sensing for automotive, space, and industrial electronics. Resistance values are 100 and 500 Ω in 0805 size and 100 Ω, 500 Ω, and 1 kΩ in the 1206 size. Along with F0.3 and F0.6 tolerance classes, features include near linear temperature characteristic of +3,850 ppm/K, reaction times down to ≤3 sec (in air), and operating range of -55 to +175°C.
