Police hope tattoos may help ID man found dead in vacant Passaic office building

City authorities have not determined the identity of the man who was found dead last Thursday in the flooded basement of the empty bank tower at 663 Main Ave., and they're asking the community's help in locating family members. Although The body was found floating in more than five feet of water, but police say it was well-preserved.
