Police release name of man charged in fatal shooting of Surrey real estate agent

The man charged in connection with the fatal shooting of a realtor during an apparent home invasion in Surrey has been identified as a 22-year man with an extensive criminal record. Colin Hill, 42, died while fending off an intruder at his Surrey home, the region's homicide unit has said.
