PolyOne Corporation , a premier provider of specialized polymer materials, services, and solutions, today announced that Spartech shareholders have approved the merger agreement pursuant to which PolyOne will acquire Spartech Corporation , a leading producer of custom plastic sheet and rollstock and packaging solutions.
