Polyester Chain Prices: PX, PTA, MEG and Fiber Prices (Weekly Report)

Crude oil, naphtha and paraxylene prices have continued to surge in the last seven days, whereas PTA, MEG, and polyester fiber prices were not able to rise at the same pace. Polyester intermediate and fiber prices will not increase further in the coming period. Our weekly report covers the polyester chain in Asia, including PX (paraxylene), PTA (purified terephthalic acid), MEG (mono ethylene glycol), polyester chips, and polyester staple and filament prices. All data are available for download.
