Polyester chain prices stopped to rise or even dropped on the first day of March, after sharply rising in the past week. A double-digit increase has been reported all along the polyester pipeline. Our weekly report covers the polyester chain in Asia, including PX (paraxylene), PTA (purified terephthalic acid), MEG (mono ethylene glycol), polyester chips, and polyester staple and filament prices. PTA and MEG prices are available for import and domestic markets in China and India. All data are available for download.
