Polyester staple fiber prices have begun declining in the last two days whereas filament prices have stopped rising in the meantime. PSF prices have been again raised in Pakistan, over a strong demand from spun yarn producers shifting out of 100% cotton to poly-cotton production. Our weekly report covers the Polyester Staple Fiber (PSF) on the domestic markets in China, India, and Pakistan. Polyester filament prices in China are also released, whereas the report includes a price comparison of polyester with cotton and viscose in China.
