Polyester prices could bottom out in China, after production levels have been significantly reduced in the last weeks, in line with a sharp fall of staple fiber and filament prices. PSF prices have continued sharply dropping in the last days in China, however, while also tumbling in Pakistan. Our weekly report covers the Polyester Staple Fiber (PSF) on the domestic markets in China, India, and Pakistan. Polyester filament prices in China are also released, whereas the report includes a price comparison of polyester with cotton and viscose in China.
