Polyester prices have stayed frozen in the past week at fiber plants in China, India, and Pakistan. The polyester producers in China could find it difficult to raiser their offers after the October holidays. Our weekly report covers the Polyester Staple Fibers (PSF) and the Polyester Filament Yarns (POY, DTY, FDY) in China, India, and Pakistan.
