Porirua real estate agent feels 'vindicated'

The Porirua real estate agent found guilty of disgraceful conduct has been fined $10,000, but says the leniency of the fine clears him of suspicion, as does a $75,000 commission payment from Foodstuffs. In January, The Real Estate Agents Disciplinary Tribunal found Chris Gollins had backdated an agency agreement for a land sale.
