Used to qualify purge gas cylinders, protect welds from atmospheric contamination, and reduce purge gas waste, GPR-1000 CW combines electrochemical PPM oxygen sensor, electronics, and sample system in one metal enclosure. Maintenance-free sensor tracks oxygen levels from air (20.9%) to <100 ppm in minutes. Unaffected by changes in flow rate, particulates, moisture, position, or vibration, analyzer has 10 sec response time and single-point field calibration with air or span gas.
