Portland condo owners land $2M verdict against plumbing manufacturer

A set of Portland condo owners who said they experienced several plumbing issues after moving in have collected a $2 million judgment. Jurors gave compensatory damages to the Benson Tower Homeowners Association, which represents owners of units at the Southwest 11th Avenue and Clay Street development.
