ANDREA IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHEAST NEAR 39 MPH...63 KM/H. A TURN TOWARD THE EAST-NORTHEAST AND EAST AT A SLIGHTLY SLOWER FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED TONIGHT AND ON SUNDAY. ON THE FORECAST TRACK...THE CENTER OF THE POST-TROPICAL CYCLONE WILL MOVE ACROSS ATLANTIC CANADA LATER TODAY THROUGH SUNDAY. MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS REMAIN NEAR 45 MPH...75 KM/H...WITH HIGHER GUSTS.
