ALTHOUGH A SMALL PATCH OF SHOWER ACTIVITY HAS REDEVELOPED TO THE SOUTHWEST OF THE CENTER...THIS CERTAINLY DOES NOT MEET THE ORGANIZED CONVECTION REQUIREMENT FOR A TROPICAL CYCLONE.
