Potlatch Corporation announced today the tax treatment for its dividend distributions made in 2015 on the company's Common Stock. The total dividend distribution of $1.50 per share is classified for income tax purposes as follows: $1.280308 per share as a Capital Gain Distribution and $0.219692 per share as a Non-dividend Distribution .
