Available in 65.9 x 32.5 x 11.75 mm Q0PACK packages, NXH80T120L2Q0PG leverages Trench Field Stop II technology and is configured in 1,200 V, 80 A half-bridge and 600 V, 50 A neutral point clamp T-type topology. Configurable package platform, qualified for reliability at junction temperatures of 175°C, employs high-power DBC (direct-bonded-copper) substrate technology along with press-fit pins. Uses include UPSs, industrial VFDs, and solar inverter applications.
