IC features 3 step-down DC/DC converters, 2 with dynamic voltage scaling and 1 for I/O power. Control signal enables one external buck controller for external FETs to support high current rail when necessary. With 8 LDO voltage regulators and 1 real-time clock LDO, AEC-Q100-qualified unit provides flexible output power to serve multiple processors.
