Housed in 5 x 5 mm QFN package, Model MCP39F511 features two 24-bit delta-sigma ADCs with 94.5 dB of SINAD performance, 16-bit calculation engine, and flexible two-wire interface. Single-phase device is capable of just 0.1% error across wide 4000:1 dynamic range. In addition to popular power calculations, device integrates import and export of active energy accumulation, 4-quadrant reactive energy accumulation, zero-crossing detection, and dedicated PWM output.
