Designed to keep data center equipment operating through power failures, PX3TS Intelligent Rack Transfer Switch provides seamless power load transfers from one power source to another without interruption. Hybrid design uses both electromechanical relay and silicon-controlled rectifier technologies. By sampling current 4,800 times/sec with built-in sensors, switch transfers load within 4–8 ms. Unit also provides remote monitoring and PDU unit-level metering to support capacity planning.
