A multi-milion-dollar wastewater treatment plant on S.R. 63 in Terre Haute is under construction. Improvements will include an underground storage tank on the former International Paper property Powerdyne Renewable Fuels aims to open a renewable fuel facility in Terre Haute -- and company officials are promising to bring hundreds of jobs with it.
