Pratt & Whitney operation in Springdale awarded military contract work

United Technologies, doing business as Pratt & Whitney, was on Wednesday awarded an $11.347 million contract to remanufacture a rear engine turbine case. Such cases are part of engines used on the F-15 and F-16 fighter jets and certain unmanned air combat vehicles.
