Featuring parallel-kinematic design with 6° of freedom and no moving cables, H-845 Series supports loads to 1 metric ton. Hexapods achieve step sizes from 0.5 µm and repeatability to 2 µm, with linear travel ranges to 340 mm and rotation ranges to 60°. Each comes with C-887 vector motion controller, powering 6 hexapod axes and 2 additional motorized single axes. All position values can be commanded as Cartesian coordinates, and center of rotation can be changed on-the-fly with software command.
