Premier Farnell cuts dividend, warns on profit

Electronics supplier Premier Farnell PLC Thursday reported a 16% lower first-half pretax profit, cut the dividend, and warned that full-year earnings will be worse than expected. Premier Farnell, which makes the bare-bones Raspberry Pi computer, said pretax profit fell to GBP30.6 million from GBP36.4 million.
