Roll out the barrel! After a 44-year hiatus and a painstaking restoration, NoHo's distinctive Idle Hour Cafe is once again ready for action. The New York Times reports that new owner Bobby Green, whose 1933 Group operates a string of retro-kitsch establishments, including the Bigfoot Lodge and Sassafras, poured about a million dollars into the barrel-shaped building's refurbishment.
