Nonprofit research institute RTI International held its 3rd annual Ideathon last week, which allowed its employees to pitch ideas to a panel of judges including the company's president and CEO. Employees from the various departments of the company's more than 3,700-person workforce and from RTI offices all over the country participated in Ideathon, some even traveling from Alaska and California.
