We are currently looking for a Programme Controller to support our customer in the Netherlands. Programme Controller Key Tasks and Responsibilities As part of the Planning and Management Support Office of the Directorate of Technical and Quality Management DTEC, you will have the following responsibilities Planning, budgeting based on analysis of current and future activities in collaboration with implementing departments and resource office, define and provide cost and manpower plans for the programmes annual and multiyear Collaborating in the implementation of procurement actions within the Technology Programmes Office and related administrative tasks. Maintain an uptodate programmatic status and interact with the support services as necessary Monitoring and controlling the implementation of the plans in line with resource targets, performing forecasting Assist Technology Programmes Office management with resource operating, audit reporting, office representation in working groups or meetings, etc. Collaborate in and propose continuous improvement of the processes, methods and tools, participate in the improvements implementation. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University degree in a relevant field Several years of experience in a similar role, with preferably a technical background Good knowledge of SAP Basic understanding of accounting Excellent analytical and reporting skills with the ability to manage large and complex data sets and synthesise the outcome of the analysis Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
