For one of our main customers ESAESTEC, we are currently looking for a Programme Controller who will be assigned to the Programme and Project Control Service, Planning Management Support Office providing support to the Technology Programmes Office for the control of technology programmes TRP and GSTP onsite at ESTEC. Tasks and Responsibilities Main duties and responsibilities include Planningbudgeting based on analysis of current and future activities, and in collaboration with implementing departments and resource office, define and provide cost and manpower plans for the programmes annual and multiyear. Assist the resource office in the overall budgeting and planning process. Execution collaborate in the implementation of procurement actions within the Technology Programmes Office and related administrative tasks. Maintain an uptodate programmatic status and interact with the support services as necessary. Controllingreporting analyse and reportcommunicate status of implementation of the programmes, flagging deviations and reporting on the main causes on monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Typical controlling tasks drill down reporting, statistical analysis, trend analysis, etc. Coordination based on analysis identify, agree with implementing departments, collaborate on the implementation and monitor actions in order to correct deviations at individual activities, implementing departments or programme level. Management support assist Technology Programmes Office management with resource management, audit reporting, Office representation in working groups or meetings, etc. Process analysis collaborate in continuous improvement of the processes, methods and tools. Model and analyse process performance within the programmes, propose improvements and collaborate in the implementation. Experience and education Applicants should have Masters in Engineering or equivalent or MBA or equivalent University degree from a recognised Institution of secondary studies or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, with a least 4 years of relevant experience. High level of initiate autonomy, and professional maturity that is required to carry out complex tasks and high level of responsibility. Have a strong projectprogramme management background both academic and professional Have a technical background with understanding of overall productproject development process Have basic understanding of accounting Demonstrate excellent analytical and reporting skills with the ability to manage large and complex data sets and synthesise the outcome of the analysis Show excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating a balance of assertiveness with the ability to work well in a team environment Demonstrate excellent communication skills, and be client focussed Have proven ability to work autonomously, whilst being a cooperative team player in a diverse and international team.
