Description RHEA is currently recruiting a Project Control Officer for our client based in Prague, CZ. Tasks and Acitivites The scope of work will include Setup the GSA review process, and be its guardian Define the structure of processes for the evolution of Galileo Define the structureprocedure for configuration and control board or some engineering board. Organise the formal reviewsmeetings Preparation of organisation note Review of consistency of datapackage for each reviewsmeetings Coordination of the review process through documentation allocation and collection of feedback from the team Followup GSOp implementation on dispositions and outcome form reviewsmeetings Tracking of project actionsRIDs Secretariat Organiser of all transversal programme reviews SCR, SVR etc and key project reviews e.g. MPM, QSPR, milestones Maintenance of Documentation approval list status Participation in main reviews, keypoints and boards Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory You have a Masters Degree in the relevant discipline. You have at least 2 years of relevant working experience. You are details oriented. Previous experience within space environment would be considered as a strong asset.
