The European Global Navigation Satellite Systems Agency GSA is looking for Project Control Officer to ensure a proper monitoring and control of the GNSS programme and internal GSA activities. The jobholders tasks and responsibilities will in principle include, without limitation Preparing the project control processes and tools required to properly manage the GNSS programme and internal GSA schedule, risks, actions and documentation Supporting the development and implementation of appropriate project control metrics as contractual provisions applicable to externalised activities, including participation in tender evaluations in particular from a cost assessment perspective Ensuring the management of the GNSS programme assets in close cooperation with the European Commission Preparing communications and reporting to the European Commission and Member States on the GNSS programme and GSA plans and status Supporting the development of the GSA programming documents and other documents and reports, and associated meetings, as required Liaising with the GSA administrative departments to ensure efficient and effective administration Support the project management office tasks of the department for the programmes, such as schedule, risk and action management, secretariat of key boards, etc. Supporting the development and maintenance of GSA corporatelevel project control processes in particular in support of quality management as required Supporting the Head of Project Control for additional topics as required
