Position Reference 619 We are currently looking for a Project Controller to work in the city of Frascati, Italy. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Maintain project documents by filing all project documents in an appropriate library. Ensuring that all documents are accurate and have been accepted by the Project Manager. Identify Problems or Risks that could affect the progression of the project and communicate these to the PM. Manage the project schedule, monitoring deadlines for each project task. Check regularly that every deadline is still possible and report any potential delays to the Project Manager. Organize and coordinate project meetings. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory Masters Degree from a recognised Institute of secondary studies or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Business Administration or relevant discipline. Minimum 4 years of proven experience. Ability to work in a high pressure, customer focused environment. Thorough familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, and project scheduling computer applications Excellent effort estimation capabilities, even based on minimum expressed requirements. Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, troubleshoot, and to meet short and longterm deadlines. Excellent organizational and planning skills. Excellent critical and creative thinking and analytical skills Strong reporting skills. Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently. Thorough familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, and project scheduling computer applications Proficient in the English language, both written and spoken.
