WHO ARE WE? Celestia Technologies Group CTG is an international technology group developing Ground Segment Solutions for Aerospace, Defence, Telecommunications and Scientific markets. We are specialized in Product Development Antennas, Anechoic Chambers, RF, Modems and Ground Segment Design for Satcom, Earth Observation, Navigation and Scientific domains. With increasing size and anticipated growth, we are looking for a Project Manager with background on Ground Segment and Ground Stations to be integrated in our team located in Noordwijk NL. JOB DESCRIPTION Due to expansion of business, CTG BV is seeking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to be based in its offices in Noordwijk, The Netherlands. Heshe will be involved in RD and Production projects related to Satellite Ground Stations, RF Equipment and UAVs with focused on Radiofrequency Engineering. Heshe will be responsible for all programmatic aspects of one or multiple projects throughout their complete project lifecycle. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Management and execution of project activities in accordance with their declared objectives, schedule and cost Preparation of documentation project management plandevelopment plans, specifications, architecture document, detailed design document, design justification file, interface control documents, tradeoff analysis, test plans, test procedures and reports Design, Analysis and Testing of Satellite Ground Stations and Radiofrequency Devices. Involvement in technical reviews with supplierspartnerssubcontractors and customer along the project life cycle. Coordinating activities within the project team and supplierspartnerssubcontractorscustomers and reporting status to higher management Being responsible for the delivery of the technical outputs of the assign projects. Required Skills Project and Subcontractor Management. Experience in system development projects and the coordination of multidisciplinary development teams Satellite Communications . Radio frequency electromagnetic. Electronics and communications Engineering. RF Microwave techniques including testing of RF devices. Simulation Tools e.g. MatlabSimulink, HFSS, CST. Software Development. Microsoft Office Tools. Competences Good analytical abilities and selforganisation skills Technical versatility and ability to grasp new concepts quickly Selfmotivation, initiative and willing to face new challenges. Ability of adaptation and integration in new teams and environments. Good communications skills for both oral presentations and written outputs Experience At least 3 years of experience In Project Management and RF Development. Able to work independently and in a trusted and precise manner with attention to details. Experience in ESA projects and working in multidisciplinary work teams. Languages Fluency in English is mandatory, other languages would be an advantage. WHAT DO WE OFFER?
