ID 3796 ROLE FUNCTION Project Planning Consultant in Darmstadt Germany GENERAL CONDITIONS START ASAP LOCATION Darmstadt TYPE OF BUSINESS Aerospace WORKING LANGUAGE English, French is considered an advantage DEADLINE 03.01.2020 MUSTHAVE SKILLS MANDATORY The key person shall be able to analyse complex situations and development schedules, identify critical areas and produce accurate and concise analyses, recommendations and synthesis. Heshe shall be able to fulfil the assigned tasks autonomously, be able to plan hisher work and to cope with tight schedules and multiple tasks and work in a rigorous way to agreed deadlines. Heshe shall be willing to work in a team of engineers and in cooperation with industry and partner agencies. The key person shall have the following experience, background and skills University degree At least 3 years experience performing project planning activities preferably on large and complex development projects in the aerospace or similar domain Demonstrated ability to define system development logic, lifecycle and schedules and successfully implement them Demonstrated ability to understand the technical aspects of system components and their development constraints Proficiency with MSProject The Key Person shall be used to working in a rigorous manner with formal configuration management of schedule versions. Heshe shall also demonstrate good communication skills verbal and written and be a team player. The official languages of the client are English and French. The working language for the position is English and therefore key persons must be fluent and able to work effectively in English, knowledge of French being an advantage. NICETOHAVE SKILLS CONSIDERED AS AN ADVANTAGE The following would be additional assets Certification in project management or in project management disciplines Knowledge of Quality Assurance procedures and processes Experience of Earth Observation systems andor Ground Segment development.
