We are currently looking for a ProjectProgramme Controller to support our customer in the Netherlands. ProjectProgramme Controller Key Tasks and Responsibilities In this role you will be working in the Directorate of Science and Robotic Exploration DSRE at ESAESTEC and support the ExoMars project in planning, preparation, execution and followup of projectsprogrammes activities in terms of schedule and related procurement actions including Assisting in preparing, developing and maintaining programme level plans Checking commitmentsexpenditures for consistency Supporting the Agencys tendering actions and proposal evaluations Supporting the preparation of the financial contract commitment Followingup of the progress of the procurement actions and contracts Monitoring and controlling of the timely implementation of actions related to procurement and contractual matters Initiation and coordination of the periodic updating of Industrial Return database Verification of coherence with ESA corporate Industrial Return data Support the programmeproject level risk management Maintaining databases, performing data analysis and production of associated reports. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University degree in business administration or equivalent Several years experience in controlling andor management of activities and resources ideally in the aerospace industry Highly proficient in the use of modern activities and resource management support toolsdatabases with advance knowledge of Excel Experienced user of SAP and in particular of ECC and SRM modules Familiarity with relevant ESA corporate applications e.g. ESAp would be an asset Past experience with ESA in relevant activities would be an asset Excellent communication and organizational skills Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
