The nomination committee of HMS Networks AB proposes two new board members. As new members the committee proposes Kerstin Lindell, CEO at Bona AB and with previous experience as research and development officer at Akzo Nobel and Karl Thedeen, CEO atTransmode AB and with previous experience from leading positions within Ericsson.
