Some residents of Barangay Idiacan in Pandan, Antique are opposing the proposed establishment of an oil depot owned by San Miguel Corporation. The group, Save Pandan Bay, said Pandan Bay is a marine protected area, and building an oil depot near it may affect the livelihood of several fishermen who are dependent on marine resources.
