The Metropolitan Transportation Authority has begun its public hearing tour to let New Yorkers voice concerns revolving around its two fare hike proposals. Staten Islanders will get their chance to vent on plans increase Verrazano Bridge tolls and express bus fares on Dec. 10, at 6 p.m , in the Springer Concert Hall, Center for the Arts building at the College of Staten Island, 2800 Victory Blvd., Willowbrook.
