Proposed distribution center expected to bring more than 500 jobs to region

Developer Doug Sippel is close to final approval to build a 305,000-square-foot distribution center on about 60 acres of land near Interstate 79 in Jackson Township, Butler County, a public official and a lawyer for the developer both confirmed. The project by Sippel Development Co.
