Providence acquires Bite Group

(Telecompaper) Mid Europa Partners announced that it has signed an agreement to sell Baltics mobile operator Bite Group to Providence Equity Partners. No financial details of the sale were disclosed. It should be completed in the first quarter of 2016. The Bite Group owns mobile operators Bite Lithuania and Bite Latvia and counts 1.58 million subscribers.
