Yet another food hub will soon open in Portland, offering some of the city's tastiest products under one roof. Providore Fine Foods is set to open in January in the newly remodeled 1920's-era De Soto Building at 2340 N.E. Sandy Blvd. The venture will house a handful of local, independent food purveyors, including Pastaworks, Arrosto, Little T American Baker, Flying Fish, The Meat Monger and eco-florist Emerald Petals.
