John Skenderian , president of his Maui real estate firm, has been affiliated with Prudential since 1992, said his wife, Leslee Skenderian , a Realtor with the firm. She said that the local company, which has about 30 Realtors, was asked to be part of the Berkshire Hathaway brand and agreed because of its international reach and Buffet's reputation.
