The Deputy Chairman of the Qatar Insurance Company , Abdullah bin Khalifa Al Attiya , addressing the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting of the company at Four Seasons Hotel in Doha yesterday. Salim Matramkot DOHA: Qatar Insurance Company announced yesterday that it will issue "Convertible Notes" totaling $250m to be offered on global financial markets with an aim at attracting foreign investments into the Qatari market.
