Housed in 1.4 x 1.4 mm WCSP package with 0.35 mm pitch and top-side lamination, 200 Ω Models DG2501, DG2502, and DG2503 save space in wearable electronics and sensors as well as consumer and communication devices. Monolithic switches provide low CD(OFF) of 2.6 pF, CD (ON) of 7.6 pF, charge injection down to -0.7 pC, and typical switch-on leakage current of 9 pA. Operating from single 1.8–5.5 V power supply, RoHS-compliant units consume <0.01 µW and offer ESD tolerance of >8 kV.
