Qualcomm names Frank Meng as chairman of China ops

(Telecompaper) Qualcomm has appointed Frank Meng as chairman of Qualcomm China, effective 15 June. Qualcomm has also announced that Xiang Wang, SVP and president of Qualcomm Greater China, has decided to leave the company.
