Your new Job We are looking for a Quality Assurance Associate with working experience to join our Quality Assurance and Business Improvement Team. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about quality and who, after initial mentoring, will enjoy working autonomously as a proactive member of the Quality Team, has excellent people skills and is interested in other people and their work. In your role as Quality Assurance Associate you will be a partner of choice to the teams in operations by supporting them in delivering highquality and profitable products and services that fulfil our customers needs and expectations. As a member of our small QA BI team, you will support our drive towards process optimisation and the continuous adaptation of the QMS to the business strategy. The following lists some of your main tasks Support the Head of Quality Assurance Business Improvement in all tasks related to the maintenance and evolution of the QMS and the companys ISO 9001 certification Support projects and functions in quality related matters Perform project and system audits Promote greater awareness of quality assurance Support new business initiatives QualificationsExperience University degree in a related subject At least one year of professional experience in quality assurance Essential Skills Spacecraft system and subsystem Good communication and organisational skills Attention to detail and an appreciation of process and quality Very good English and German language skills both, spoken and written Work well in a team as well as alone Ability to prioritise and keep an overview under time pressure Pragmatic, good sense of humour Selforganising and selfcontrolling Willingness to embrace lifelong learning new business models, new products, new methodologies, new technologies Desirable Skills Experience with Quality Management Systems, ISO 90012015 Knowledge of standards applicable to our tenders and projects ISO, ECSS, AQAP, MIL standards, aviation standards, etc. Familiarity with life cycle QA PA activities in development and service projects Knowledge of performance indicators and metrics Certified ISO 9001 auditor Your Benefits of joining us By joining the Telespazio family, you will enjoy all the benefits of a competitive salary in a sustainable work environment, flexible working time models, diverse advancement and training possibilities for technical, language and soft skills, a generous holiday package as well as a company pension scheme.
