A vacancy for a Quality Assurance Engineer AITQA mf has arisen within Airbus Defence Space in Friedrichshafen. The successful applicant will join TSOQE21 ENS PA FHN. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include Ensuring that the Generic AIT QA Plan is appliedimplemented Improving the AIT integration process for aspects of safety and effectiveness on the project level Ensuring that the QA plan is followed for integration and testing activities ensuring that MIPs and KIPs are done ensuring that the IncomingOutgoing inspection is performed with the crossfunctions for other projects performing Open work actions before beginning followup activities implementing ESD processes ensuring that logbooks and the relevant documentation is uptodate checking alerts, warning notes and WNAIR processes and ensuring that product liability requirements are met Managing the NCRS w.r.t. root cause analysis, mitigation actions, NRB management, and closeouts on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd level Managing and ensuring the implementation of Lessons Learned in CELL Managing and leading the NonConformance Review Board NRB Managing Risk Analysis and mitigation e.g. FMEA Ensuring the integrity and conformance of AIT operations Ensuring the continual process improvement loop with QA Methods and Quality Engineering Ensuring that the Facility Infrastructure Quality is in line with the needs of the AIT project MGSE and EGSEproven, etc. Checking the calibration of used equipmentMGSEEGSE Checking that the qualificationcertification of personnel is available w.r.t. special operations Monitoring the checking of the subcontractor requirements relevant for the AIT Implementing EuropeanGerman PA operation guidelines Monitoring and managing the DASY Sheet Process Performing the Daily Proactive Functional Verification Check and verifying the critical activities before the SC switchon We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience Educated to a degree level in engineering Experience in Quality Assurance in space projects, Space engineering, Space assembly integration and test and Cleanroom operations Experience in manufacturing and Quality Knowledge of ECSS Standards Negotiation level of German and English Please apply on line for this vacancy on line at our careers site www.jobs.airbusgroup.com with your CV attached.
