Description The main tasks are Documentation review o Identification of the activities done before the MIP o Review of Actions from previous MIP o Review of as designed reference o Review of ICD status o Review of CRCN and identification of any changes from previous MIP o Review of materials processes and identification of any changes from previous MIP o Review of RFWD status o Review of materials and components traceability o Review of EEE status where applicable o Review of Major and Minor non conformances o Escalation of any Minor NCRs that are considered to be Major Checking and test o Review of destructive analysis on samples o Review of Nondestructive Analysis on Hardware o Review of Measurements Tests Results Hardware inspection o Inspection of hardware o Review of Inspection procedure o Review of available photographs o Clarification of MIP boundaries o Comments on reworks and repair o Review of marking and labeling o Confirmation of the embodiment of double insulation where applicable Industrial Facilities o Review of Operators qualification o Review of metrology o Review of machines, skills, maintenance and calibration o Review of environmental and cleanliness control o Review of handling, packaging and storage Profile Needed qualifications Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering or comparable qualifications Experience in the inspection of electrical and mechanical assemblies in the Aerospace industry Experience in the inspection of Microelectronic assemblies in the Aerospace industry Experience working in clean rooms carrying out inspections using binocular microscopes Qualification needs to be according to ECSS Cat.3 Inspector with experience in o ECSSQST7008C manual soldering o ECSSQST7038C SMD soldering o ECSSQST7026C crimping Must have adequate professional interpersonal skills to be able to represent the Company in front Suppliers and Prime Customer to a senior level Must have the interpersonal skills to challenge suppliers and Customers over MIP technical issues Must be able to produce professionally written MIP reports Must have good organizational skills Relevant experience in working with the Microsoft Office Tools Fluency in spoken and written English EU citizenship or valid EU work permit Location Bremen, Germany Application deadline 31032013 If you are interested, please send your EUROPASS format CV as well as a Cover Letter to Lena Englander, Recruitment Manager at careeropportunitiesrheagroup.com Please do not hesitate to contact us for more information.
